Tales and Tours of Scotland's past by renowned storyteller

Gary Knight

Castle Menzies is a 16th Century Z plan castle at Weem near Aberfeldy. A fortress steeped in Scotland’s history, visited by Bonnie Prince Charlie his cousin the 'Butcher' the Duke of Cumberland, Mary of Guise and quite possibly her daughter Mary Queen of Scots. Taken and occupied by Oliver Cromwell’s troops and Government Red Coats after the Jacobite defeat at Culloden.

By day a scene of romantic beauty, yet by night a dark forbidding place haunted by it’s bloody past. A site active in paranormal activity, where things really do go bump in the night.
